Content Manager (AEM)

Location: Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Manager with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for a project focused on redesigning and authoring content to meet modern SEO and AI search requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and public-facing websites, with hands-on content management skills. This role involves content creation and migration within a collaborative, cross-functional digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Update pages and content fragments in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for a large number of pages.
• Inventory pages with specific data that require updates and prioritize work as needed.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to share and integrate content.
• Manage site architecture and standards, working with the website editor to implement updates and enhancements.
• Follow the Content Style Guide to ensure a consistent approach to tone of voice, grammar, and usage across all sites.
• Maintain and update web content for timeliness, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Test and validate content for accuracy.
• Work with the Product Owner to approve and publish content.
• Maintain taxonomy and tagging strategy for use on public channels.
• Produce content for digital-first presentation in web, mobile, and social channels.
• Report status on progress.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of hands-on content management experience, with a strong understanding of marketing and public website environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
• Technical knowledge of content management systems and HTML.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• In-depth functional or industry knowledge.
