Akkodis is seeking a Content Management - Technical Analyst for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in documentation development and CMS tools like AEM while maintaining accurate content, supporting data infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Rate Range: $56/Hour to $58/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Content Management - Technical Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain content within CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) to support e-commerce features and product catalogs.
Create and update technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to support data setup and feature implementation.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of content aligned with platform enhancements.
Monitor and manage data infrastructure for new features, ensuring smooth production deployment.
Prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in content management, technical analysis, or related roles.
Strong experience with CMS tools (preferably AEM) and documentation development for technical platforms.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $58.00 per hour
