Familiarity with content governance, workflow management, and quality assurance processes.OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Publishing Specialist to support the end-to-end publishing of digital content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage content workflows, ensure publication accuracy, and maintain content quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with content management system experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering error-free digital content.Key ResponsibilitiesContent PublishingManage the complete content publishing process, including gathering assets, formatting content, and ensuring timely publication. Publish and update content across multiple CMS platforms and internal systems. Verify content accuracy, formatting consistency, and compliance with publishing standards. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal stakeholders to obtain content assets and required approvals. Coordinate with editorial, creative, marketing, and technical teams to support publication schedules. Communicate project updates and resolve content-related issues efficiently. Systems ManagementMaintain accurate project setup and content records within CMS platforms and internal systems. Execute routine system updates and support content-related administrative tasks. Monitor publishing workflows to ensure deadlines are met. Quality Assurance & Process ManagementConduct quality control reviews before publication. Manage version control and ensure proper approval processes are followed. Maintain publishing standards and process documentation. Technical SupportCollaborate with support teams to troubleshoot content publishing issues. Escalate technical or editorial concerns when necessary.
