We seek a Content Editing Associate for our editorial team, based in Waltham, MA; Hagerstown, MD; Indianapolis, IN; Kennesaw, GA; or Madison, WI.
Responsibilities include collaborating with physician deputy editors, managing external author and reviewer communications, and overseeing content workflows. Tasks involve styling manuscripts, reviewing graphics, coordinating revisions, proofreading, and ensuring content quality and style adherence.
The role requires strong organization, communication, time management, and proofreading skills, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Editorial experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are a plus.
The position offers a salary range of $35,000 - $58,600, with benefits including medical coverage, 401(k), tuition assistance, and paid leave.
