This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team representing leading financial institutions and service providers in complex business and commercial disputes.
Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws
Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts
Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents
Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team
