Overview:

Integrated Business and Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), a US-based international development consulting company, is seeking a Consultant. This position will assist with operational and business development through technologies.

Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Allocate up to 60% of time to develop data collection and analysis tools that enable reporting for USG and Non-USG clients, aligned with acquisition priorities and data security requirements.
  • Allocate up to 15% of time to build up captures to identify Security Assistance Coordination Opportunities, key partners and key players with the US Government, and the Contractors to DOW.
  • Allocate up to 15% of time to assess the transferability of IBTCI MEL assessment, TPM to DOW.
  • Allocate up to 10% to develop/refine BD tools to increase efficiencies in identifying opportunities and proposal development.
  • Any other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 15+ years of business development, technology and / or USG experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with DoW project management, operations and / or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience with US donor-funded RFP/RFA/RFQs, particularly US DOW, and DOS.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Standing up new, technology-enabled defense service lines; OASIS+/GWAC capture
  • National-security network across DOW components, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community.
  • Security-cooperation M&E, operational assessments, and DoD data / Section 508 standards
  • Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and data-readiness / governance experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities.

Education: Master’s degree in a business or technical field, or a related discipline

Working Environment: Hybrid

Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not supervisory responsibilities.

Travel: N/A
