Job Summary

If you are passionate about transforming supply chains through process consulting and Agentic AI, this role could be your next move. This role offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise transformation.

We are seeking a Supply Chain P2P Process Consultant to lead hands-on transformation initiatives across complex procurement and supply chain workflows for Fortune 1000 organizations. This role combines deep process consulting expertise with emerging AI-driven operating models to help clients redesign and modernize core procurement workflows.

You will work directly with client stakeholders to decompose and analyze complex procurement processes, define future-state operating models, assess process and data quality, and prepare workflows for AI-enabled automation. Partnering closely with AI engineers, DevOps teams, and full-stack developers, you will help transform enterprise workflows into scalable, agentic AI-driven processes while supporting organizational adoption through structured change management initiatives.

This role provides the opportunity to deliver measurable operational and financial impact across large, multi-ERP, multi-geography enterprises spanning procurement, P2P, contract lifecycle management (CLM), supplier risk management, working capital optimization, RFP workflows, and related supply chain functions.

The position is highly client-facing and involves frequent collaboration with senior procurement and operations leaders at leading industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, energy, and other complex enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, decomposition, and transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain workflows.
• Define future-state processes and operational best practices aligned with AI-enabled automation strategies.
• Assess enterprise process maturity, data quality, workflow gaps, and AI readiness.
• Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams to operationalize agentic AI workflows within procurement and supply chain functions.
• Lead change management, user adoption, and organizational transition activities.
• Engage directly with client leadership teams to drive transformation roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supply chain advisory/consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms and enterprise procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, S4/HANA, Oracle, Coupa, and JAGGAER.
• Demonstrated experience in process consulting, workflow transformation, process mining/discovery, and enterprise data assessment initiatives.
• Experience advising procurement or supply chain organizations within large manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or energy companies is strongly preferred.
• Hands on work experience in business process management (BPM), digital transformation programs, and AI-enabled enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong ownership mindset with a high standard for quality, accountability, and execution. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in extracting datasets from Ariba or other p2p software through Ariba reporting, low code ETL tools, as well as custom scripts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% based on client needs.
