Veeva Systems is looking for driven, self-motivated Professional Services Consultants with a passion for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology. Veevas Vault Quality helps organizations eliminate silos and accelerates the development and manufacturing of high-quality products to a greater number of patients. It is a cloud platform that unifies applications, processes, and partners across content management, training, Quality Management System (QMS), and QC lab solutions, LIMS.
As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for:
• Understanding customers current business processes and shaping future state vision • Identifying and incorporating global regulatory needs • Translating requirements into solution design • Defining global strategies to deploy our cloud-based solution across the enterprise
This is a remote, full-time, permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. It is customer-facing with occasional travel requirements up to 50% of the time.

What Youll Do
• Review and analyze existing Customer business processes and identify key process steps, gaps, and requirements that would impact the implementation approach • Partner with customer SMEs and business leaders to translate requirements into solutions that solve business problems and support the needs of the Customer • Provide consulting on Quality best practices and overall solutions based on requirements • Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and Quality product • Build a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer • Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between the project team, customer, and other internal stakeholders • Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams, e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in implementing Quality Systems • Understanding of Quality Management processes • GMP Systems ownership or Software Consulting • Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor • Experience implementing software systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designs • Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in Life Sciences Quality Manufacturing or Healthcare spaces • Experience with Data or Content Management applications

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation, including variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
