Job Title: Procurement Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: Full Time

Salary: $90k to $120k per annum

Job Description:

Procurement Consultant to review bank''s existing procurement framework, policies and establish a robust, scalable procurement operating model. The consultant will assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design standardized procurement policies, governance, and best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current procurement processes, policies, systems, and governance.
• Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized end-to-end procurement processes and SOPs.
• Develop procurement policies, approval workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Recommend procurement technology and automation improvements.
• Establish vendor management, sourcing, and contract management frameworks.
• Define procurement KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support change management.
• Deliver a procurement transformation roadmap and implementation plan.
