Tier 23 desktop support across macOS iOS and Windows
Apple hardware MaciOS and Dell hardware administration troubleshooting
macOS fleet management via Jamf Pro
Google Workspace support Gmail Drive Calendar Meet Chat Docs Sheets Admin Console
Conference room AV support Zoom Rooms Apple TV Google Meet hardware
Hardware lifecycle management procurement imaging asset tracking decommissioning
Collaboration with Networking Security teams on WiFi VPN and endpoint security
Required Qualifications
5 years IT support experience 2 years in a senior or lead technician role
Strong macOS administration skills Terminal ABM Jamf Pro directory binding
Proficiency in Google Workspace G Suite and Microsoft Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
Experience with communication tools Slack Teams Zoom
Solid networking fundamentals TCPIP DNS DHCP WiFi 6 VPN
ServiceNow ticketing experience
Strong communication skills comfortable supporting both technical and nontechnical users
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Content Workflow Management, E2E Media Supply Chain

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
