the Team Integrated Banking Solution (IBS) is a comprehensive,
parameter-driven core processing system used by community and regional
financial institutions to manage deposits, loans, and customer
information. What You Will Be Doing The Consultant Lead is the senior
expert responsible for defining and delivering enterprise business
solutions and architecture across multiple financial services product
lines. You will partner with product, engineering, and clients to design
scalable, configurable solutions that meet complex business, regulatory,
and market requirements. Translate complex client and market needs into
endtoend business requirements and solution architectures Partner with
product management, engineering, and solution architects to design and
implement complex, nonstandard solutions Define, document, and maintain
enterprise business architecture, functional models, and reusable
components Lead requirements definition, solution design, and validation
across SDLC methodologies Review business and process designs to
identify risk, gaps, and optimization opportunities Communicate
architecture and requirements clearly to technical and executive
stakeholders Influence internal teams and clients to drive consensus on
