Overview: Strategic Customer Engagement (SCE) drives to increase membership growth and retention by engaging customers and consumers across worksites, schools, and at home. SCE amplifies KP -s unique health and well-being capabilities through messaging, expert consultation, and value-added programs. The Workforce Health (WFH) Consultant partners with Sales & Account Management (S/AM) in meeting the workforce health needs of customers, brokers, and consultants and is responsible for increasing engagement, member satisfaction, and retention. The WFH Consultant is a workforce health subject matter expert and is responsible for helping employer workforce populations improve their health and well-being and better manage chronic conditions. Improving health and workforce productivity is at the core of KP's value proposition. The purpose of this position reflects the importance of supporting the messages, tools, and offerings to position KP to better tell its value story to current and prospective customers.

Job Summary:
Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages moderately complex projects or project components, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
