1. Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
2. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
3. Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, ICPACC, PMPACP
2. Datadriven decisionmaking and metrics tracking (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)

Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and the organization in adopting Agile
frameworks and best practices. The Agile Coach will mentor teams, drive cultural transformation, and
improve delivery efficiency across projectsCoach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies such as
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeanFacilitate Agile ceremonies Sprint planning, Daily Standups,
Retrospectives, ReviewsHelp teams adopt Agile mindset and improve collaborationIdentify and
