Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Consultant / Analyst 3 to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Technology. This role involves analyzing complex technical and business problems to improve and modernize computer systems that support ISR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in systems analysis and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze science, engineering, and business data processing challenges to support the implementation and enhancement of computer systems.
  • Evaluate user requirements, procedures, and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
  • Review system capabilities and scheduling constraints to recommend optimized solutions.
  • Research and assess commercially available software for potential integration into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, document findings, and support solution development.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate analysis results and recommendations.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in analyzing workflows, system capabilities, and software tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Must be a US citizen with a TOP SECRET/SCI level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 annually.
