Construction Supervisor-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Remote)
Role Overview
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day field supervision of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction activities. This role serves as the onsite field representative, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule commitments. The position will also provide technical and financial support, including the review of contract documents and plant design criteria.

Education: An Associate degree or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 11 to 15 years of experience managing the technical aspects of routing, siting, and construction projects.

This position is designated as remote. Travel within the US is expected at approximately 25%. A valid, non-restricted drivers license is required.
