POSITION SUMMARY M''Oherron Company, a division of Kiely Family of Companies, is looking for a Construction Supervisor who would be responsible for providing supervision for our construction teams in and around Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Responsibilities: Direct and synchronize daily activities for multi-disciplinary construction crews to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Execute site inspections to verify that all work meets standards, blueprints, and client expectations. Prepare daily and weekly reports for leadership. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers, providing project updates and debriefs to maintain transparency and trust. Coordinate between subcontractors and engineers to resolve discrepancies or site-specific challenges in real-time. Set up and organize equipment. Act as the point of contact for staff and stakeholders, providing decisive guidance and emergency resolution for critical site issues outside of standard operating hours. Facilitate personnel development by assisting in conflict resolution and managing disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy.
