- Lead all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors to meet Phase 1's 2026 completion and Phase 2 milestones.
- Own daily schedules, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate trade sequencing for maximum productivity.
- Utilize Procore and 3D/BIM tools to verify installations, resolve design issues, and keep accurate logs.
- Enforce safety and quality standards in mission-critical environments.
- Mentor and develop an over-staffed field team, preparing future leaders.
