The role of a Construction Superintendent is critical to the success of any construction project. They ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site, keep teams motivated and aligned, and ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description

The Responsibilities - Commercial Superintendent:

• Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project.
• Bringing the project to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce all safety policies.
• Work closely with the project management team.
• Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors.

Profile

The Successful Applicant - Commercial Superintendent:

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent (in Commercial ground-up construction preferred.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• OSHA Certified + Software-savvy.
• Experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more.
