Job Description
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain efficient project workflow.
  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols through daily site inspections and safety meetings.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure quality control and contract compliance.
  • Manage project sequencing, manpower allocation, and material deliveries to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Conduct progress meetings with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to communicate updates and resolve issues.
  • Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability challenges, and unforeseen site conditions in real time.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and punch list completion to support successful project closeout.

The Successful Applicant
  • 3+ years of experience as lead superintendent.
  • Track record of running commercial, industrial, multifamily, or healthcare projects.
  • Project experience at $5M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Passion for high-quality construction.
