Retail Superintendent
Lead on-site execution for a retail TI renovation (~15,000 sq ft) Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations Enforce safety standards and quality control processes Manage field communication, RFIs, and issue resolution Track progress, reporting updates to senior site leadership
A successful Retail Superintendent should have: 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in commercial or TI projects Experience in multifamily, senior housing, or mixed-use Proven ability to lead teams and control a jobsite Strong subcontractor and stakeholder relationship skills Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 115,000. 15% bonus + monthly vehicle allowance Clear progression into senior leadership roles Strong project pipeline with regional travel opportunities
