Description

  • Manage daily field operations for a residential community from start through close-out
  • Project is going to be in Severna Park, MD- 17 homes are remaining
  • Coordinate site development, trade partners, inspectors, engineers, and internal teams
  • Conduct homeowner meetings and maintain strong, professional customer communication
  • Ensure homes are built to plans, schedules, and quality standards
  • Oversee warranty items and support post-close service needs
  • Run a clean, organized, and safe jobsite with minimal oversight

Profile

  • 5+ years of residential construction experience
  • Background in production or semi-custom homebuilding preferred
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with BuildPro or Homefront software is a plus

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (flexible up to $105,000 for the right candidate)
  • Car Allowance: $6,000 annually
  • Per-Home Bonus: $700-$900 per home
