Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to maintain project schedules. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA) and healthcare construction standards. Manage quality control and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and healthcare stakeholders. Lead site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting. Maintain schedules and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure compliance with infection control (ICRA), interim life safety measures (ILSM), and hospital operational requirements.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects. Proven track record delivering hospital builds, renovations, and occupied-space projects. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and safety protocols. Ability to manage fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
