Requirements Lead all on-site construction activities for a $71M, 280-unit ground-up multifamily development. Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and project logistics. Coordinate extensive sitework, slab-on-grade construction, elevated podium concrete work, and multi-story wood-frame construction. Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved. Supervise and mentor two Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and project closeout activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams.
