Title: Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential (Miami) Ground up luxury residential spec homes up to $5M, build 1 to 4 projects at a time. Report to Project Manager, work alongside Area Superintendent.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Daily field operations, subcontractors, schedule, quality, safety, client level finish.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Fluent Spanish speaking
Luxury residential ground up experience
Strong scheduling ability
Ability to drive subs and deliver without being managed
