We are seeking an experienced Hotel & Hospitality Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in Central Arkansas.

The role involves managing all on-site activities, monitoring progress and budgets, ensuring safety and quality standards, supervising staff, and resolving issues to complete projects on time and within budget.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, at least five years of commercial construction experience on projects over $20M, with a minimum of one year in hospitality/hotel construction. Knowledge of safety guidelines, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Availability for overtime and passing background and drug tests are required.
