• • Oversee all onsite operations for commercial ground‑up projects from site work through closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and daily field activities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and construction schedules.
  • Coordinate inspections, maintain daily reports, and drive punchlist completion.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• • Proven experience supervising commercial ground‑up construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of sitework, structural systems, concrete, steel, and building envelopes.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable running large, active jobsites.
  • A professional who takes ownership and leads from the field.
