Job Details

Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and managing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Manage inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
