Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects in Denver with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are completing work according to project timelines
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients and upper management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
• OSHA certification is preferred
