Client Details

They focus on luxury, high end projects in both the commercial and residneital sector, including single family homes, country clubs, healthcare, education, etc. They are seeking a strong ground up superintendent with local experience to join an exciting project!

Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and daily work plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays.
  • Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project management teams.
  • Prepare daily reports documenting site progress, manpower, weather conditions, and project milestones.
  • Lead site safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential and/or high-end commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, scheduling, and sequencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
  • Proven track record managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
