We are seeking a Superintendent - Commercial Interiors Construction for a well-established General Contractor in Central Texas. This role offers an opportunity to grow your career with a reputable company known for its fast-paced interiors projects, strong client relationships, and a culture of trust and accountability.
Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization to closeout on commercial interiors projects.
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and planning.
Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and design teams.
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience managing commercial interiors projects, knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor management, and familiarity with field management software like Procore. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with preference given to those familiar with the Central Texas market.
Offers include a competitive salary ($85,000-$115,000 DOE), performance incentives, vehicle allowance or company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, stability, and clear career progression.
