Primary responsibilities of the job include:
Seeking managing experience in healthcare construction projects
Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
Must have at least 5 years of experience managing CRM construction projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successfully managing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
A 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Experience with projects of at least $10 million
5 years direct experience in healthcare construction, will also look at ground up schools and commercial projects
A desire to do things right the first time
Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
Understanding of shop drawings
Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
EI, PE, or industry certifications are highly desired
Salary Range: $90-120K
