Key responsibilities include running/managing commercial and multifamily construction projects from start to finish, directing subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget, maintaining quality and safety standards, mentoring and managing team members, conducting weekly foreman and safety meetings, creating and maintaining partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers, developing site utilization and logistic plans, and demonstrating a leader's positive attitude and professionalism.

The successful construction superintendent will have ground up commercial construction experience, 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent, strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software, and this is a Colorado Springs based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.
