The Role
We are looking for a construction superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and drive work forward.
This is not a sit-back role. You'll be expected to lead from the field, identify issues early, coordinate trades effectively, and keep the job moving.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead daily field operations and site coordination
Manage subcontractors and enforce work sequencing
Monitor quality of work and installation standards
Identify and communicate field issues before they become problems
Coordinate inspections and resolve conflicts in real time
Maintain daily reports and progress tracking
Enforce jobsite safety expectations
Work closely with the Project Manager to align field execution with schedule and project goals
What We're Looking For
7–18+ years of construction experience (commercial, mixed-use, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
Ability to read drawings and catch issues early
Proven experience managing subcontractors and holding the accountable
Comfortable being the point person in the field
Strong communication skills, clear, direct, and professional

Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
