Job Details

As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall field operations of assigned projects. You will ensure that all aspects of safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery are executed flawlessly. As our primary onsite representative, you will lead by example, forging strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and enforce our safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Coordinate and supervise all onsite construction activities.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and testing agencies.
  • Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when necessary.
  • Ensure all work complies with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial or institutional projects.
  • Strong background in K-12, higher education, municipal, or public-sector projects. (Preferred)
  • Proven experience leading projects ranging from $10 million to $100+ million.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
