We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all field activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
site utilities, earthwork, and/or concrete construction and proven leadership skills in managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality control.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience
- Experience in site utilities, earthwork, or concrete
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control
- Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specifications
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct and document daily site inspections and progress reports
- Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and bilingual crews
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues in real time
