Seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in Southern to Midcoast Maine.
You'll manage on-site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish, overseeing projects from retail fit-outs to large builds exceeding $10M.
Collaborate with project teams and owners, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery, fostering a positive jobsite culture, and contributing ideas for expanding capabilities.
Requirements include 10+ years of commercial construction experience, leadership in projects over $10M, strong ground-up project background, excellent communication, and stability.
Nice-to-haves include experience with self-perform teams, larger complex projects, and collaborative environments.
