A well-established builder focused on high-end commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use work is hiring a Sr Project Manager to lead larger projects across Scottsdale and North Phoenix.

Typical projects range from $40M–$100M+, including high-end office, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
They’re looking for someone already operating at a Sr PM level or a PM ready to step into more complex work and larger teams.

Work is generally concentrated within a 20–30 minute drive of Scottsdale and North Phoenix submarkets.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience on larger-scale commercial or mixed-use projects
