Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Construction to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong expertise in project management, schedule control, risk mitigation, cost management, QA/QC, and safety compliance.

As a senior leader, you will oversee project planning, subcontractor management, contract administration, financial performance, and client relationships while mentoring and developing high-performing project teams. You will play a critical role in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Education:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 7-20 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex construction projects.

Experience with contract negotiation, subcontractor management, and change order administration.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and market trends.
