Construction Site Supervisor

RC Griffin is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate subcontractors and field crews, maintain project schedules, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Review plans and specifications to ensure quality workmanship
• Track progress and report on site conditions
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and equipment
• Ensure projects are completed according to plans, budget, and schedule
• Ability to use Procore, including but not limited to, RFI's, daily logs, safety tool box talks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction supervision or site management
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to run meetings, either on site or on zoom
