This role is key to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Position will report to the Director of Safety.Key Responsibilities:·Monitor and enforce safety in accordance with OSHA standards, local regulations, and company policies·Audit, update, and maintain company safety programs·Ensure availability and proper use of PPE; manage ordering and distribution of safety equipment·Conduct job site inspections and risk assessments; identify hazards and implement corrective actions·Develop and implement site-specific Health & Safety Plans and Job Hazard Analyses·Lead and coordinate safety training, including annual training and toolbox talks·Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports with root cause analysis and preventative measures·Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate safety into project planning and execution·Track and maintain safety documentation, reports, and jobsite compliance records·Support OSHA reporting and ensure compliance with all safety documentation requirementsQualifications:·Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Occupational Safety, or related field (preferred)·First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)·Certified Safety and Health Officer (CSHO) or similar certification preferred·Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations·Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills·Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:·Competitive pay (based on experience)·Benefits package·401(k) with company matchingIf you are committed to safety excellence and want to be part of a growing construction company, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
