We're seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead phases of a large mixed‑use development in Yorktown Heights, with future opportunities to run projects across Westchester and Connecticut. Description

  • Oversee a specific phase of a mixed‑use development (condos, townhomes, or mixed‑use components), reporting to the VP of Construction.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and full project lifecycle reporting.
  • Lead buyouts, bid leveling, subcontractor management, and procurement.
  • Support estimating and takeoff functions as needed.
  • Ensure coordination across teams while maintaining quality, schedule, and cost control.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

    • 5-10 years of experience managing multi‑level (non high‑rise) mixed‑use or redevelopment projects.
    • Strong experience with buyouts, subcontractor management, and project controls.
    • Tech‑savvy with solid Microsoft 365 skills and strong reading comprehension.
    • A highly motivated self‑starter with strong ethics, reliability, and work ethic (character is highly valued).
    • Must be able to commute to Yorktown Heights and work onsite (7:30-4:30, plus ~1 Saturday/month).
