We're seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead phases of a large mixed‑use development in Yorktown Heights, with future opportunities to run projects across Westchester and Connecticut. Client Details Our client is a well‑established, multi‑generational general contractor/developer that builds, owns, and manages its projects. DescriptionOversee a specific phase of a mixed‑use development (condos, townhomes, or mixed‑use components), reporting to the VP of Construction.Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and full project lifecycle reporting.Lead buyouts, bid leveling, subcontractor management, and procurement.Support estimating and takeoff functions as needed.Ensure coordination across teams while maintaining quality, schedule, and cost control.ProfileA successful Senior Project Manager should have:5-10 years of experience managing multi‑level (non high‑rise) mixed‑use or redevelopment projects.Strong experience with buyouts, subcontractor management, and project controls.Tech‑savvy with solid Microsoft 365 skills and strong reading comprehension.A highly motivated self‑starter with strong ethics, reliability, and work ethic (character is highly valued).Must be able to commute to Yorktown Heights and work onsite (7:30-4:30, plus ~1 Saturday/month).
