The Commercial Construction Business
Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business
opportunities for the company’s commercial construction division. This role
involves building strong relationships with clients, developers, architects,

construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track

focusing on commercial real estate developers, general contractors,
architects, and public sector clients.<\/span><\/span>

existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.<\/span><\/span>

opportunities to stay informed about market trends and make new

needs, timelines, and budgets, and present the company’s services and

throughout the sales and pre -construction phases, ensuring a smooth
