RQ Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCM) to support our Field Operations teams. This opportunity is currently supporting work at Camp Lejeune, NC. This is a fully on-site role and may require travel or relocation depending on project demands, with preference given to candidates local to the project area.
In this role, the CQCM will oversee and administer the project-specific Quality Control Program to ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and USACE standards. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections and testing activities, maintaining quality documentation and RMS/QCS reporting, supporting field and self-perform construction operations, and working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of building strong working relationships while supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
