We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will manage multiple clients/projects through the design and construction processes on behalf of our Owner clients. This includes project due diligence, scope development, design and construction services solicitation, constructability reviews, scheduling, estimating, project monitoring, etc. The Senior Project Manager receives direction from and reports to the Vice President within the J. S. Held Owners Representation practice within the Construction Advisory Division. The Senior Project Manager will report through the Indianapolis office of J. S. Held and will be required in the Indianapolis and/or Crown Point office at a regular cadence to be negotiated. The Senior Project Manager may be on site for projects as much as 40 hours a week. The projects are primarily in central and northern Indiana including but not limited to the regions of Indianapolis, Lafayette, Kokomo, South Bend, and northwest Indiana (Michigan City, Hammond, Gary, Valpa...Project Manager, Project, Construction, Manager, Support, Project Management, Insurance, Business Services
