    Description

    As a Construction Project Manager at PIC, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and technical direction for large-scale construction projects-or multiple smaller ones. You'll interface with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review project plans, specifications, and documents to build a full understanding of project requirements
    • Develop construction execution plans that serve as the foundation for estimating and project delivery
    • Lead project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting
    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution
    • Oversee on-site operations and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations
    • Conduct site investigations to identify unique conditions or potential challenges
    • Apply engineering practices to solve technical problems during planning and construction
    • Prepare technical reports and studies as needed for specific bid items or project issues
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management-or equivalent industry experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
    • Industrial Construction experience required: Pulp and Paper, Corrugated and/or Food Industry a plus!
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    Compensation:

    • $100,000+ annually - Based on experience (DOE)
