Job Details

This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with estimating, superintendents, and ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from awarded contract through final closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, buyout, change orders, and cost reporting
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear written and verbal communication
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope alignment
  • Partner with field leadership to support jobsite execution and safety
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor or construction manager
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
