A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 3-5 years direct experience in industrial construction
· Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
· Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
· Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects
Salary Range: $100-130K
