Job Description:
Construction Technical Program Manager with 4+ years of experience supporting senior TPMs and project teams in the execution of mission-critical data center MEP and low voltage fit-out projects. Experienced coordinating contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery of mechanical, electrical, cooling, structured cabling, and infrastructure deployments. Strong background assisting with project coordination, schedule tracking, procurement, risk management, and construction execution in fast-paced data center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior TPMs in the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP and low voltage fit-out construction projects for data center environments.
Assist with day-to-day coordination between contractors, vendors, engineers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
Track project schedules, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and construction progress.
Help coordinate installation activities related to electrical distribution, cooling systems, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and supporting data center systems.
Participate in project meetings and assist with documenting action items, risks, and status updates.
Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities including documentation review and field verification.
Assist with issue tracking and help escalate construction or schedule risks to senior TPMs as needed.
Coordinate field walks, logistics planning, and contractor activities to support project milestones and operational readiness.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience supporting construction management or technical project management within commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
Familiarity with MEP systems, low voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, and data center construction workflows.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support evolving project needs
Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
