Project ManagerA national builder and developer located in Salt Lake City, UT. They specialize in sports, renewable energy, data centers, and healthcare markets. Portfolio consists of projects from $50M and up, and have a strong pipeline going in to 2030. With the growth of their local pipeline, they are looking to build their project management team. As their office expands, there is much room for professional growth and upward mobility.Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met effectively. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external partners.
